Virginia Code Section 15.2-2223 states that, “every governing body shall adopt a comprehensive plan for the territory under its jurisdiction.Tải game bắn cá” The plan is to be general in nature, but include a transportation plan, recommendations for the general development of the territory, and an affordable housing component. It may also include designations for various land uses, public facilities, areas of historical significance, and urban development areas.
The Fauquier County Comprehensive Plan, as stated in its introduction, sets forth a guide for development within the County to promote, preserve and protect the health, safety and general welfare of its citizens. The purpose of this document is not to regulate, but rather to guide land use, transportation, infrastructure and resources decisionsTải game bắn cá. The plan is structured to guide growth over the next twenty years and receives ongoing amendments in response to new information and dynamic changes within the county while maintaining its underlying vision and goals.
