Tight Garden shot 1Current Planning manages the review processes for the Fauquier County Planning Commission (PC) and Board of Supervisors (BOS) for privately initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Rezoning, and Special Exception applications. They also manage the review process of Special Permits for the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA). These processes involve working directly with land owners, applicants, other County Departments, outside review agencies, as well as the general public. The applications are evaluated against the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning OrdinanceTải game bắn cá to ensure the that the proposals are consistent with the County’s adopted vision for a the land and all applicable regulations.

We are committed to letting you know as early in your project as possible what will be required and the steps necessary to get there. Staff is available to provide assistance to the general public, builders, developers and attorneys concerning any applications.
